Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:

Registration for the trip is confirmed upon receipt of deposit.

Payment must be made by the specified deadline to secure your place on the trip.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

In the event of any cancellation, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Remaining booking price is due no later than one calendar month prior to the booking start date. In the event of cancellation from this date onwards, the full amount is non-refundable.

In the event a participant can no longer attend, bookings are transferrable to another party subject to the trip organiser’s approval which will not be withheld unreasonably.

 

3. Participant Responsibilities:

Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the trip venue.

Participants must inform the organisers of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions prior to the getaway.

Participants are expected to adhere to the schedule and guidelines provided by the trip organisers.

Any damage to property caused by participants will be the responsibility of the individual(s) involved.

 

4. Health and Safety:

Participants are required to comply with all health and safety measures implemented by the trip organisers.

The trip organisers are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the trip, except where caused by negligence on our part.

 

5. Changes to Itinerary:

The trip organisers reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, activities, or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control.

Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the trip schedule as soon as possible.

 

6. Liability Waiver:

Participants acknowledge and accept any inherent risks associated with participating in the trip activities.

The trip organisers, including their employees, agents, and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense incurred during the trip, except where caused by our negligence.

 

7. Photography and Media:

Participants must consent to the use of their likeness in photographs, videos, or promotional materials related to the trip.

Any photographs or videos taken during the trip may be used for promotional purposes by the organisers.

 

8. Privacy Policy:

Participant information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of organising and administering the trip.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our participants and will not disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

 

9. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any disputes arising from or related to the trip shall be resolved through arbitration in England in accordance with the rules of the Central Arbitration Committee.

By registering for the trip, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
